You can cancel your order anytime before tracking is issued

Once a tracking number is sent, it means your order is packed and booked for dispatch

Cancellations must happen before you receive tracking, while the order is still in processing
If tracking hasn’t been issued, we can stop it straight away.
Changing your order (colour or details)

You can request a colour change if we haven’t shipped the order yet

Updates are only possible while your order is still in our studio, before dispatch
