We keep things simple — we ship three days a week so orders don’t sit around waiting.
Our regular shipping days are:

Friday
On these days, we process and pack orders in batches and hand them over to the courier or AusPost in one run.
Same-day shipping on dispatch days
If you place your order on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday before we finalise that day’s packing run, it will usually ship the same day.
If your order comes in after we’ve finished packing for that day (or on a Tuesday, Thursday, weekend or public holiday), it will be sent in the next shipping run. For example:

Order Friday evening → ships Monday

Order Tuesday → ships Wednesday

Order Thursday night → ships Friday
Shipping confirmation and tracking
As soon as your order leaves the studio, you’ll receive:

A shipping confirmation email, and
-
A tracking link, so you can follow your parcel from us to your door
If you can’t see the email, double-check your spam/junk folder or search your inbox for our store name.
Weekends and public holidays
We don’t ship on:

Weekends, or
-
Australian public holidays
Orders placed during these times are packed and sent in the next available Monday, Wednesday or Friday run.
