How we ship
We use tracked services through Australia Post or selected couriers depending on your location. Every order gets tracking so you can see it all the way.
Delivery time expectations
Times depend on where you are:

We don’t promise unrealistic delivery speeds to the outback — but we do promise your order will be sent, tracked, and fully supported by real humans if you need help.
Customised orders
If your compendium is personalised (name or logo):

Production may add 1–2 days, then it ships in the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday dispatch run
