We pack and dispatch three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before that day's packing run usually ship the same day; otherwise they go out in the next run (an order on Friday evening ships Monday, an order on Tuesday ships Wednesday). In practice most orders leave within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Metro areas are usually quickest; regional areas can take a little longer and remote postcodes up to 7–14 business days. Every order is sent with tracking.

We ship Australia-wide — every state and territory, including regional and remote postcodes. We deliver to homes, businesses, offices and most PO Boxes. We don't ship internationally at this stage.

As soon as your order leaves us you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us and we'll send it again.

Not at the moment. We're based in NSW but don't have a walk-in store, so all orders are placed online and delivered by Australia Post's tracked service.

You have 28 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Faulty or damaged items are always looked after — tell us what happened and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Email us or use the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Every request is handled by a real person, not an automated system.

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. You can cancel or change the colour any time before your tracking number is issued. Once tracking is sent the order is packed and on its way, so get in touch as early as you can — especially on dispatch days (Mon, Wed, Fri).

Closed, it measures 330 × 260 × 35 mm. It holds a standard A4 notepad (210 × 297 mm) with documents alongside.

Yes, if your device is up to 305 × 215 mm — that covers tablets up to about 12″: iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro 11″, iPad mini, Surface Go and most 10–11″ Samsung Galaxy tablets. The 12.9″/13″ iPad Pro is too large. See the full fit guide.

The current compendium is designed for tablets and very compact devices (up to 305 × 215 mm). It does not fit 13″ or larger laptops such as the MacBook Air 13″ or MacBook Pro. If you're unsure, send us your device model and we'll check for you.

Full-grain leather — the strongest, highest grade of leather, which softens and develops a rich patina with use. No PU, PVC or bonded leather. It has a metal zip, reinforced stitching on stress points and a padded, lined device sleeve.

Yes. Our leather is a by-product hide from suppliers who meet environmental, welfare and labour standards, using lower-impact tanning methods. Read more about our leather.

It's built for daily carry: full-grain leather, a metal zip, double-stitched hinge and stress points, and a structured spine that opens flat to reduce creasing. Cared for properly, it will last for years.

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, use a slightly damp cloth for marks, and apply a cream leather conditioner every 3–6 months. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat. See our leather care guide.

Yes. Everything stays zipped in one slim, structured folio through airports, taxis and meetings. The firm spine keeps documents flat, and it slides easily into a backpack or briefcase or carries under your arm.

The device sleeve is padded and soft-lined to cushion edges and reduce movement in transit, and the zip closes cleanly around it. For extra protection we recommend a slim case rather than a bulky rubber shell.
