Will my iPad, tablet or laptop fit in the A4 Leather Compendium?
If your device measures 305 × 215 mm or less, it will fit the padded device sleeve. In practice that means tablets up to about 12″. The current compendium is not designed for 13″ or larger laptops.

- ✘ iPad Pro / iPad Air 12.9″ and 13″
- ✘ MacBook Air 13″ and 15″
- ✘ MacBook Pro (all sizes)
- ✘ Surface Pro and most 13″+ Windows laptops

- Compare it to our limit: 305 mm × 215 mm.
- Equal or smaller? It fits. A few millimetres over? Send us the model and we'll tell you honestly.
Why we designed it around tablets
A tablet-sized sleeve keeps the compendium slim and structured, so it fits on a café table, slides into a backpack or briefcase and doesn't bulk up when it's full. Alongside your device it holds an A4 notepad, documents, cards, pens and cables under one zip.
Full-grain leather softens slightly with use, but we don't recommend forcing in a larger device — it strains the zip and stitching.
